Customer Service Employee

After intense training in our product range you will be assigned to look after a defined customer base, for which you and your sales colleagues will be solely responsible. Your major tasks will be answering all customer questions and to clarify orders and complaints. You realize potential disturbances in the workflow early on, look for the right solutions and inform your customers in a timely manner. This will make a significant contribution to the increase in customer satisfaction and therefore to our company’s success.
